(Trey) Herman Clifford Walker III
III Minerals & Land, Ltd. was founded by (Trey) Herman Clifford Walker III, a member of a third-generation ranching family from Eldorado, Texas. Trey graduated from Texas Tech University in 1992, beginning his career in the Permian Basin. He has served on several non-profit committees & boards in the Midland/Odessa area, including Keep Midland Beautiful, Arts Council of Midland, and the Boys and Girls Club of Midland. He serves at his local church in the praise team and teaching Jr. High boys Sunday School. Trey resides in Midland with his wife, Marcia and their two children, Kaitlyn and Nathan, where he proudly displays some of his father’s master works as a western artist (see above), which you can see more of at www.hermanwalker.com. Trey is an active member of the American Association of Professional Landmen and the Permian Basin Landmen’s Association.
